Using this site
By using ExpansionTales, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site, game, or member content.
Adults only
This site contains fictional adult content, including breast expansion and transformation. You must be at least 18 and of legal age to view this material where you live. Do not use the site where this content is unlawful or restricted. All characters depicted in adult content are fictional adults. These stories are fantasy and do not encourage real-world conduct.
Personal use
The comics, visual novels, artwork, audio, animation, stories, code, branding, previews, and other files are provided for personal, non-commercial use. Access does not transfer ownership.
Without prior written permission, you may not copy, scrape, bulk-download, extract, redistribute, repost, sell, leak, publish, sublicense, mirror, or use protected content or game assets to train an AI model.
Game files and saves
The game may download and cache files on your device. These remain part of the game and may not be extracted or redistributed. You may not reverse engineer or modify the game, bypass its protections, or create derivative builds except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Saves, settings, and progress may be stored in one browser on one device. Clearing site data, private browsing, storage limits, browser updates, and game updates can remove or invalidate saves. Cloud sync, permanent save compatibility, and support for every device or browser are not guaranteed.
Patreon access
Full comic access requires an active ExpansionTales Patreon membership that meets the $15 requirement. Chapters with at least 10 pages include a free preview of the first 3 pages. Shorter chapters require member access from page 1. Patreon must confirm that your membership is eligible.
Some content or community features may also require eligible paid or gifted membership. A free follow does not unlock protected content. Cancelled, expired, declined, disputed, or unverifiable memberships, or memberships whose benefits have changed, may not qualify. Patreon membership does not make unreleased game chapters available.
Payments and refunds
Patreon and its payment providers handle payments, renewals, cancellations, billing issues, and refund requests under their terms and policies. ExpansionTales does not directly collect or store full payment-card details.
Account security
Keep your Patreon account and browser sessions secure. Do not share authenticated sessions, member-only links, protected files, or login credentials.
Comments and other community features
Do not post spam, harassment, illegal material, impersonation, malware, or someone else’s private information. Posts may be moderated or removed, and access to community features may be restricted.
Misuse
Do not bypass access controls, probe private folders or APIs, interfere with security or file delivery, send abusive automated requests, introduce malicious code, disrupt other visitors, or use the service unlawfully.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, ExpansionTales owns or controls the site’s original content and presentation. Third-party licensors retain their rights. Membership gives you a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable right to access the content included in your tier.
Updates and availability
Games and features may be unfinished or experimental. Content, features, access rules, file sizes, compatibility, URLs, and release plans may change or be removed without notice. Continuous, error-free, or permanent availability is not guaranteed.
Other services
Patreon and providers of hosting, analytics, security, caching, or content delivery have their own terms and privacy policies. ExpansionTales is not responsible for services outside its control.
Disclaimer and liability
The site and game are provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. ExpansionTales does not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, error-free service or compatibility with every device. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ExpansionTales is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, saves, access, or enjoyment caused by outages, browser storage, updates, or third-party services.
Suspension of access
Access may be limited, suspended, or revoked for breaches of these terms, changes in payment status, failed Patreon verification, or use that creates a legal, security, or operational risk.
Contact and changes to these terms
For questions, contact ExpansionTales through the Patreon campaign linked on the Patreon access page. Changes to these terms will appear here with an updated date. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
